This project aims to design a series of wearable knitted objects, inspired by the behaviours of sea shells as an organic material that grows and constrains living creatures over time.
Using the concept of ‘Ma’, the wearable knitted objects explore the space between the shell and the body, through variables of exposure, protection, growth, and constriction.
